H-Fit Strength & Stretch
A combination of held body weight positions for muscle strength and toning. Held stretching and mobility movements to improve body function and core strengthening. Yoga and Pilates inspired.
H-Fit HIIT & Lift
A combination high to low intensity cardiovascular training and various strength training movements. Designed to cater for all fitness levels and age groups. Circuit inspired.
H-Fit Outdoors (held at Town Beach and Flynns Beach)
A class that has a mix of traditional body weight exercises, strength training (including ropes, slam balls, kettlebells, etc) cardiovascular endurance and interval training (including hills, stairs, flats, etc) and boxing. This class caters for all ages and fitness levels. There is alwyas an option to suit your needs.
H-Fit Move (held at the Sea Scout Hall on Buller Street)
A class designed for those who enjoy low impact aerobic classes. H-Fit Move has your traditional aerobics movements, body weight exercises, light resistance weights, core strengthening, that can be performed on the floor or standing options with a strong focus on stability and balance. This is a positive, supportive, motivating and social group. Clients are 50+years but open to everyone.
H-Fit Move Actively Ageing
A class designed for those who enjoy a cardio and strength circuit class. H-Fit Actively Ageing has your traditional circuit movements including resistance machine exercises, body weight exercise, light resistance hand weights, core strengthening and a strong focus on stability and balance. This is a positive, supportive, motivating and social group. Clients 50+years of age but certainly not limited to.
